Text Box: On the Capitol Campus in Olympia, WA (Capitol Way & 11th) A summer tradition held during the local Lakefair Community Festival. You’ll enjoy playing on the lush green grass surrounding the State Capitol Dome. OLD SCHOOL RULES.
